Financial Policy & Payments

VIN does not participate with any insurance providers, including Medicare/Medicaid. We offer individualized services to best meet our patients’ and clients’ needs.

As a private medical practice, the services we provide are outlined in our fee agreements. By completing a fee agreement, you agree to the rate schedule for the specific service(s) requested.

Some services have a simple flat fee while others have a retainer or deposit calculated from hourly rates. Invoices are sent after the work has been completed based on the exact amount of time billed to do the work by the appropriate staff member.

Rush Rates

We have busy schedules just like you do. If you have an urgent need for services, please check with us first to make sure we can meet your deadline. Work requested with a short turnaround time or outside normal business hours may be subject to availability and rush rates.

Payments

To pay for a deposit, retainer, or invoice, please call our office or mail a check to our address. Note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all payments made by credit card and a $20.00 wire fee will be added to all payments made by wire transfer.
