  • Thorough independent medical evaluations

  • Detailed forensic reports

  • Extensive record review and summary

  • Interpretation of NeuroQuant and NeuroGage brain volume results

  • Testimony at deposition, hearing, and trial

  • Scientific/medical rebuttals

  • Consultation to other clinicians, experts, professionals, and attorneys

Dr. Ross co-authored articles on the medicolegal aspects of NeuroQuant®, FDA-cleared software for measuring MRI brain volume. Updates are published regularly.

Clinical Consultation

If you’re not certain whether clinical evaluation and treatment at VIN is right for you, you could first consult with Dr. Ross or Ms. Seals-Truitt regarding your situation. An expert clinical consultation may last 30-60 minutes and could guide your next steps in potential treatment or service options based on our experience with similar patient histories and symptoms/conditions.

With a clinical consultation, Dr. Ross would not become your treating provider and could not prescribe any medications or make referrals. But the advice you receive could open a world of possibilities for treatment and management of neuropsychiatric disorders and brain injury medicine you might not have previously considered!

Other treating clinicians are also encouraged to contract and consult with Dr. Ross regarding medication management, brain injury and neuropsychiatric disorder treatment and prognosis, NeuroQuant and NeuroGage analysis results or education, and other testing data. We often engage in clinical consultations between treating physicians and their patients, especially in interpretation of NeuroQuant and NeuroGage results.
